
Lil Lacassagne, Chef/Owner of The Burke Manor Inn studied culinary and hospitality professionally in France and worked in various Michelin starred restaurants in Europe. His wife, Lori, spent a decade as department head in some of the most respected cruise companies, pampering world travelers. The Burke Manor Inn is a prestigious, full-service historical Inn with something to offer everyone, including: our French fine dining restaurant (four-diamond AAA rated), wedding venue, event planning, nine luxurious guest rooms and much more. The historic Burke Manor was originally built in 1906 by Textile Magnet, Caesar Cone, and was later purchased in 1911 by the prominent Gibsonville family, J.W. & P.T Burke. Throughout the years the Inn has been expanded and is currently at its grand 5,400 square feet. The Brady family purchased the Burke in 1999 and revitalized it to a quaint and delightful Bed and Breakfast. In January of 2011, the Lacassagne family acquired the Inn. With Lil’s French flair and culinary expertise combined with Lori’s keen eye for details, the Inn has flourished to an elegant yet homey feel, sense pleasing establishment.
